Sumerian Tank

Egged on by people who should know better on The Wargames Website I converted a T34 into some armoured support for my Sumerians.  I'm quite pleased with the result.  In game terms it's armed with a ballista, the armour is hardened cowhide and it moves via the crew turning hand cranks (Cuties have a lot of upper body strength).

Today I got some model tanks in the post.  They were a bit of a speculative purchase, while I liked the style of the one I saw online I had no idea if they would match the size of my Cuties.

The set I received had eight different vehicles in it, all of which should be usable with my cuties though some will require more work than others.  The cost per vehicle is around 50 pence. :)

Cutie Aircraft 2

I made a bomber to go with the fighter and started working towards the final shape for both with Milliput.

I'll complete this stage later today then let them harden for a couple of days before sanding them to smooth out the irregularities and then add final details with Green Stuff.  Well, that's the plan anyway. :)

I also painted eleven casualty markers to go with these armies.

I still need another six for each army, but as they are cast in resin plaster rather than metal they are a lot slower to produce.
